On November 12, the National Labor Relations Board mailed out ballots for the employee-led decertification. We strongly encourage our USW-represented employees to make sure they understand the process and vote in the election. Your vote will remain 100% confidential. On the ballot you will have the option to vote “Yes” to maintain representation or the option to vote “No” to decertify. While it’s completely your decision, and we are prohibited from making promises about pay or benefits, we hope you give us a chance and vote “No.”
