Re: Company’s Offer

The purpose of this EIB is to provide an update on contract negotiations between the Company and the Union.

On the evening of Friday, March 12, the Union provided the Company with a counterproposal which showed minimal changes to their previous offer. After review and consideration, the Company rejected this offer on Tuesday and issued a new offer to the Union on Friday. The Company and Union met briefly today and reviewed this new offer.

The Company’s latest offer includes the same contractual changes as provided in our previous offer, with a few material changes which provide both the Company and you, our employees, with increased security for an extended period of time.

  • Term increased from 3 years to 6 years
  • Wage increases for 2024-2026
Group 2021 2022 2023 2024 2025 2026

Clerical 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0%
Materials Specialists 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0%

Some of the provisions of this offer are contingent upon the Timing of Ratification Notice.

If the Union does not provide the Company notice of ratification prior to April 20 at 5:00PM, the below changes will occur:

  • Strike Notice increases from 105 to 120 days
  • Probationary Period increases from 18 to 24 months
  • Wage increases will change for the Refinery & B&P groups. No change for Clerical and Materials Specialists.
