The purpose of this note is to keep you updated regarding the bargaining between the Company and Union.
The Company and Union met on May 12 and reviewed the Union’s latest proposal.
The Union officially provided their proposal on May 21. This proposal still did not come close to meeting the Company’s objectives, which the Company has been clear about since January. The Company therefore rejected the proposal on May 24.
The parties met again yesterday, June 10, and further discussed the Union’s proposal which had been previously rejected. No new proposals were presented.
At this time, the Company’s current offer remains available. The parties have agreed to meet on Thursday, June 17, where we expect the Union to come prepared to bargain in good faith.
