The purpose of this EIB is to respond to questions the Company has received related to the provisions and upcoming deadline included in the Company’s current offer. This is a reminder of the provisions of the offer currently available to be ratified and the changes to the offer that will occur if it is not ratified by 5:01 pm on April 20th.

The Company’s Current Offer includes the same contractual changes as provided in our previous offer, with a few material changes which provide both the Company and you, our employees, with increased security for an extended period of time. This current offer also includes a Job Security letter through the full 6 year proposed term, which protects employment of USW represented employees.

  • Term of the proposed contract increased from 3 years to 6 years
  • Wage increases for 2024-2026

After 5:01 pm on April 20th, if the offer is not ratified, the below changes will occur:

  • Strike Notice increases from 105 to 120 days
  • Probationary Period increases from 18 to 24 months
  • Wage increases will change for the Refinery & B&P groups. No change for Clerical and Materials Specialists.
